A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on January 23, 2024 at 11:00AM by means
of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:
Camellia Court Apartments
LUA23-000361, ECF, CUP-H, SA-H, MOD
Location: 99/101/107 Williams Ave S (APN’s 0007200096, 7231502130, 7231502125) Request to construct a 72-unit multi-
family building with 72 on-site parking spaces. The applicant is requesting a Hearing Examiner Conditional Use Permit,
Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review, Environmental Threshold Deter mination (SEPA), a modification to roadway standards
and a modification to attached dwelling unit standards.
