"Chip" Vincent, CED Administrator SUBJECT: Reappointments of David Fleetwood,Angelina Benedetti, and Shannon Matson to the Planning Commission Mr. Fleetwood was appointed in April 2012, Ms. Benedetti serves as the current Chair and was appointed in October 2013, and Ms. Matson was appointed in December 2018. Over the years,they have demonstrated an understanding and commitment to the City's mission statement and Business Plan goals. They have the ability to review detailed information and to balance the sometimes competing objectives presented to the Commission.
