The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application for
a Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan Review, Environmental Threshold Determination (SEPA), a modification to
roadway standards and a modification to residential mixed use standards located at 99 Williams Ave S, 101
Williams Ave S, 107 Williams Ave S (APN's 0007200096, 7231502130, 7231502125). Please see the enclosed
Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living
in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list below and return
this letter to my attention by emailing me at avangordon@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City of Renton, CED,
Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by November 27, 2023.
