NARRATIVE
At approx 14:15 hours while waiting at intersection to make a left hand turn from Duvall Ave NE onto Sunset Ave NE, the
vehicle behind me had rear ended me. This vehicle was stopped behind me for multiple seconds before the accident.
Suddenly while the light was still red, the vehicle behind lurched forward striking me, causing damage to my rear end bumper
area.
I motioned to the driver behind me to pull into the King & Bunny's parking lot given that I did not wish to block traffic in the
busy intersection. Once the light went green I continued to pull into the King & Bunny's lot, expecting the vehicle that hit me to
pull in as well. Once I pulled into a slot, I looked back to see the car had just kept going down Sunset Ave NE without
stopping.
Unknown make, black 4 door sedan nothing unique on vehicle, no driver description other than long hair.
After incident, I continued to drive home to the address listed on form which is less than a block away.
