A gray Volkswagen, departing from the convenience store, backed up into my vehicle, and then drove off before I could get their information. The convenience store has cameras that caught the incident, however the owner(Souyung) is in China, and the recording is in a remote location, so I was only able to get screenshots of incident, but they show the gray Volkswagen reversing into my vehicle. I have asked that Souyung hold onto the evidence in case the police might need it. The photos that I provided might not be the most clear due to data transfer, but the license does appear to be somewhat legible. (LED5164?) My insurance is threatening to drop the bill on me AND raise my rates if I can't get the perp's insurance info. I also have dashcam footage, but it only captures the front of my vehicle, it did not capture the offender, only my tired sigh of resignation before pulling to the side and getting out to find the other car gone.
