The majority of the new improvements will be constructed within the existing City right-of-way but for a small number of properties the City of Renton will require additional property and/or temporary easements to construct the new improvements.We have determined it will be necessary to acquire a small portion of your property and/or temporary construction easement for this project. In that regard,the City would like to introduce you to those firms that are working with the City on the project. The firm providing the overall engineering design is Parametrix.Additionally, RES Group Northwest, an independent real estate consultant to the City will be reaching out to you to discuss the acquisition. The City of Renton is committed to working closely with you to fully understand your concerns and provide the appropriate assistance.
