This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-413 with SmartSheet. This
Amendment is to document the addition of one SmartSheet license added to our
account for the Communications division. The additional license will increase our
monthly subscription fee by $10.00. Therefore, we are adding an additional $120.00 to
the contract in Eden for 2024.
SmartSheet software is used as a project management and task tracking tool.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
