Measurement: The new bid item "A33-1 SEW Wall-Fence Supports" shall be measured by Force Account. Payment: The new Bid Item "A33-1 SEW Wall -Fence Supports" shall be paid as force account and shall cover the complete cost of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment required to complete the fence support Work described in Field Directive #4. All other Work in Field Directive #4 shall be paid out under the original Contract Bid Items. Reason for Change: The original Structural Earth Wall {SEW) design required temporary fencing and new permanent fencing on the north side of the PSE substation and Boeing Power facility. The modified design allows the current fence on the north side of the PSE substation and Boeing Power facility to remain and adds new fence to the top of SEW Wall to maintain security to the facility. The associated changes in roadway sections, roadway profile, drainage, paving, grading, curbs, channelization, site preparation are shown on the attached plan new sheets.
