(COt�SULTA�IT) will perform prafessional services far the City of Renton (CITY), as detail�d belaw: INTRODUCTIt�N The project will construet impravernents tc� extend N Park Avenue from the existing intersection with Lagan Auenue N northward to conneet to the Southport site no�er uncier construction. The purpose is to provide a connection to the Southport deve#apment and relieve congestion on Lake Washington Bou(evard. GENERAL SCt3PE t�F SERVICES This phase of the praject wiil conduct Survey and Basemapping services far the N Fark Avenue extensian between,logan Avenue N and the Southpart development. � At the aption af the CIT'Y, the CONSUITANT may be asked to provide final design, enviranmentai support, right-af-way acquisition support, and/or construction management services. Currently, gnly local agency #unds will be used in the planning, design, and/or construction of the project. The CONSULTANT wi11 use procedures o�tlined in the WSDC7T Loca} Agency Guidelines �LAG Manual} during developrnent of the project. Task 1 — Project Management 1.1 Provide continuous project management adr�ninistration (biliing invoices, monthly pragress reports, consultant caardination) throughout the praject"s duration (assume 12 months�. 1.2 Monitor praject budget and scl�edule. Schedule wiil be developed using MS Project 2013. Schedule will be updated on a monthly basis. 1.3 Quality AssurancelQuality Control program. The CONSULTANT wiil canduct an internal qua�ity assurance pragram prior ta majnr submi#tals. Majar submittals are defined as the project basemapping. This task will supplernent the contir�uous quality assurance prQgram by conducting a detailed review of each majpr submittal for compliance with project criteria and,consistency with the �rc�ject gaals. Er�ergy, an�! SECO Deveiapment (5c�uthport site). 2.2 Rroperty t}wner Meetings 7he CUNSULTANT and the CiTY meet with individual pfoperty or�vners as requested by the CITY. These meetings wil! be scheduled by the CITY and held to update the praperty owners of the CITY's project. Property owners will incfude the Boeing Ccsmpany, BNSF, PSE, and SECO Development. It is assumed that up ta two (2) one- haur r�neetings will be heid with each of these �aroperty owners invaiving up to twa (2} team mernbers from the CONSUL.TANT team at each of the rneetings.
