SUBJECT: Honey Creek Heights
Please review the street lighting sheet which is the last drawing and assign numbers and the circuitry
table. I added two of the street light at lot# 19 and lot#9.
You may want to read through my comments before you do your review.

6. The Storm System Development Connection charge is $7,315.00.
7. Show on the plans the pipe size, type and slope of the existing storm system in Edmonds Ave.
{ NE from the intersection with NE 25th St. Northerly to the next downstream storm system
manhole.
8. Show improvements needed at the outfall to prevent erosion, such as piping the storm system
down the steep slope to May Creek.
9. Drainage Report: The Consultant must describe the location where the storm system
discharges to an open channel and identify any problems such as slope erosion and how that
will be addressed.
10. Wet vault structural approval required
TRANSPORTATION:``
1. Provide legal description for utility easements and access easements for review and approval. .
2. City Standard detail drawing for sidewalk is missing. See standard drawing FR-02,page F007.
Also include curb&gutter drawing FRO5,page F008.
3. Show pedestrian standard detail drawing F005.1. Pedestrian ramps to be installed at the
intersection with NE 24th St. Ramp locations are shown on the sewer comment sheet red line
drawing.
4. Show street name sign on drawing. Show City standard detail drawing GRO3,page G024.
5. The avenue name `Ferndale PL. NE"is missing from all sheets. See attached drawing for
street name sign location in a curve intersection.
6. One(1) additional street light is needed at the west side of lot#19 on NE 25th St. And one(1)
at the south end of lot#9 on Ferndale PL.NE.
7. Show 2-inch conduit between luminaries and number and wire size in conduit. Voltage drop
not to exceed 10%or that specified by the light manufacture.
8. Provide a standard detail sheet for street lighting. Pole standard drawing number is JR O1,page
J002, Strain Relief Detail Drawing JR 05, page J006, Typical Underground System drawing
JR 06, page J007, Concrete Pad Details JR 07, page 1008, Decal Numbering System JR-09A,
page J009, Contactor Cabinet and Foundation JR 09, page JO10, contactor Cabinet Schematic
JR 10,page JO11, Type III Service Cabinet drawing JR-11, page J012, Fuse Kit & Splice Kit
Details JR 12, page J013, Light Base and Junction Box locations JR-35, page J014, Typical
Concrete Pad Details JR-36A,page J015 and Junction Box Details JR-36,page J016.
9. Show service cabinet location and where Puget Energy service is coming to the cabinet.
10. The luminaries are to be 100 watt sodium vapor luminaire in a 240 volt system.
