LOOKING TOWARDS NORTH ON S 3RD STREET LOOKING TOWARDS SOUTH ON S 3RD STREET PROJECT INFO Area for the queue line for Walk-up window will be under 99 SF and area for the Sidewalk Cafe will be around 75 SF. The proposed location is conducive for the use. It will enhance the character of the neighborhood and will not be detrimental to the neighboring premises.
