SPATIAL REGULATIONS
·A minimum of 5 feet of open sidewalk has been provided for
pedestrian traffic.
·30 to 42-inch tall fence to delineate sidewalk café from pedestrian
path is not required as liquor will not be served. The Suggested
cafe will serve only the guest from the walk-up window.
·30 to 42-inch tall fence or planter edge along a roadway to protect
users from moving traffic is not required as permission requested
for sidewalk cafe is adjacent to the building.
·ADA accessible entrance is provided.
·Fire hydrant, alleyway and/or crosswalk is not within 15-foot of the
restaurant.
· 5-foot clearance from the center of any entrance/exit door has
been provided.
· 2.5-foot clearance from all obstructions will be met when the bike
parking is removed.
