The project does not propose alterations to the existing building or site. The project is within the Medium Industrial (IM) zone and Auto Mall Area B overlay. A King County facility, the 108-inch diameter Eastside Interceptor Section 1 and MH R01-04, is located adjacent to the proposed project. (See enclosed record drawing showing the location of the facility in the project vicinity). In order to protect this wastewater facility during construction, WTD requires that City of Renton submit construction drawings for the project, so that WTD can assess its potential impacts.
