SUBJECT: Annual Renewal of Lighting Analysts
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-426 with Lighting Analysts.
This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 21221, in the amount of $3,609.08, for
our annual renewal. Renewal dates are 04/22/24 – 04/22/25.
Lighting Analysts is used by Transportation Engineering and CED to compute illuminance
in street plans, assist in luminaire placement and aiming, validate adherence to lighting
criteria, and create virtual 3D models of proposed designs.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
