This project consists of the following tax parcel number: 1123059068.
The site addresses for the existing parcel is 5815 NE 8TH ST Renton WA.
The property within this application contains 84,070 Sq Ft.
The project will consist of construction of a 6-lot short plat with the average lot size of 9,000 sf.
The proposed improvements include the six new lots to accommodate the construction of six
new homes and parking, half street frontage improvement on Pasco Place NE consisting of
curbs, gutters and sidewalks, Side walk improvements along NE 8th street, and a shared driveway
with hammerhead turn around to access lots 5&6.
Construction will start June 1st of 2024 and last until April of 2025.
Construction hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00 pm.
The hauling rout will be to exit the site onto NE 8th street, travel west on NE 8th to 148th Ave SE,
travel north on 148th Ave SE to Renton Issaquah Rd SE, and travel east on Renton Issaquah Rd
SE to I90. See attached map.
The measures to be implemented to minimize dust will be to spray water as needed at work areas
during construction. The measures to be implemented to minimize erosion & mud are to flag or
fence clearing limits, install catch basin protection if/as needed, grade and install construction
entrance, and install silt fence. The measures to mitigate noise and transportation/traffic will be
to commence construction during business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until
5:00 pm. No special hours are proposed for construction or hauling.
