Letter of Understanding of Geologic Risk
This letter confirms that we, the undersigned party, being the agent for the legal property
owners, do hereby acknowledge the risks associated with developing in an unstable area.
Furthermore, we agree to advise, in writing, all prospective purchasers of the site, lots
created by the proposed short plat, and structures or portions of structures of the unstable
potential of the area.
Please consider this document as the required Letter of Understanding of Geologic Risk
required by the City of Renton.
