PUBLIC NOTICE
Jody L. Rarton, being first duly swam on oath that she is the Legal Advertising
Representative of the
King County Journal
a daily newspaper, which newspaper is a legal newspaper of general
circulation and is now and has been for more than six months prior to the date
of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language
continuously as a daily newspaper in King County, Washington. The King
County Journal has been approved as a Legal Newspaper by order of the

SUBJECT: Lakeshore Landing Lot Line Adjustment-Lot 2110th St. Alignment
File No. LUA-06-004, LLA
Dear Ms. Hernandez:
The City has finished reviewing your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready to
approve and send the final version for recording, subject to the changes requested in
the attached memo from Property Services, dated May 2, 2006. Please submit two sets
of an original signed mylar and a check for $15.73 made out to CD&L at the 6th Floor
Counter of Planning/Building/Public Works at Renton City Hall.
Please verify that the mylars have been signed by all owners of record and have been
notarized with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that
King County will promptly record the lot line adjustment.
This decision to approve the proposed lot line adjustment is subject to a fourteen (14)
day appeal period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision
must be filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, May 17, 2006.
Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required $75.00 application fee with:
Hearing Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98055.
Appeals to the Examiner are governed by City of Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-
11 O. Additional information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the
Renton City Clerk's Office, (425) 430-6510.

Two of the Binding Site Plan Tracts ("I" and "K"), as noted on Sheet 2 of 2 of the above
referenced lot line adjustment submittal, are misnamed. "BSP TR I" should be "BSP TR K" and
"BSP TR K" should be "BSP TR I". This comment applies to both drawings on said Sheet 2 of
2.

The City of Renton has completed a review of your lot line adjustment revision that was
received April 14, 2006. The following changes will be necessary in order for the City to
approve your proposal:
• The boundary for Lot 2A should not include Tracts H, I and K until they are
vacated. They can still be shown and noted as vacation tracts, but the heavy
boundary line for the lot needs to exclude them.
Once the above changes have been made, please submit 2 copies of the revised lot line
adjustment the sixth floor counter of the Planning/Building/Public Department at Renton
City Hall. The revised plans will be routed for final review and you will be notified when it
is appropriate to submit the final mylars. If you have any questions regarding your
application or the changes requested above, please contact me at (425) 430-7380.

Thanks for giving us a chance to comment on your short plat drawing prior to submitting your formal
application. Neil Watts suggested that the project be accomplished in the following order/phases:
1. Complete lot line adjustment to accomplish the N. 10th Street realignment so the final street
configuration may be depicted on your short plat.
2. Revise your short plat drawing to show only existing conditions for the Park Avenue/Logan
interchange/street alignment and the final (revised via lot line adjustment noted above) N. 10th Street
alignment.
3. Vacate the portions of Park/Logan (currently shown as part of Lot 1 on your short plat drawing) for
consolidation with Lot 1 created via this short plat.

Dear Ms. Hernandez:
The City of Renton has completed the initial review of your proposed lot line adjustment.
The following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal:
1. Note the City of Renton land use action number and land record number, LUA06-
004 and LND30-0304, respectively, on the drawing sheets. Provision for said
numbers has been made on Sheet 1 of 2, but not Sheet 2 of 2. The numbers should
be added to both drawing sheets.
2. The grid, noted along the left-hand side of both drawing sheets, should be removed.
3. The following existing easements on Sheet 2 of 2 are no longer needed, and will be
released at a later date. The easements to be removed include: a 15-ft sanitary
sewer easement (Rec. No. 2011205003130), another 15-ft sanitary sewer easement
(Rec. No. 20011205003129), a water easement (Rec. No. 8805190541), and two
additional sanitary sewer easements (Rec. Nos. 20011205003127 and
20011205003128.
Once the above changes have been made, please submit 2 copies of the revised lot line
adjustment the sixth floor counter of the Planning/Building/Public Department at Renton
City Hall. The revised plans will be routed for final review and you will be notified when it
is appropriate to submit the final mylars. If you have any questions regarding your

Dear Ms. Weaver:
Enclosed with this letter is the submittal package for the Lot Line Adjustment of Lots 2 and 3
and Tract D of the Boeing Lakeshore Landing Binding Site Plan. The Lot Line Adjustment was
requested by the City to ensure that the intersection created at Garden Avenue N. and N. 1 o'h
Street (Tract D) is in alignment with the driveway on the east side of Garden Avenue N.
Lots 2 and 3 and Tract D were previously used for parking by the Boeing Company. The future
use of Lot 2 is residential, retail and parking and Lot 3 is retail and parking as described in more
detail in the Master and Site Plan review documents for The Landing project that were
submitted to the City on October 31, 2005. Tract D will ultimately be dedicated to the City as
the ROW for N. 1 o'h Street.
As we discussed on the phone, the majority of the attachments required for the LLA package
were submitted as part of the Master and Site Plan review for The Landing project. We have
attached 5 copies of the Lot Line Adjustment Plan and 3 copies of the Calculations since these
documents were not submitted previously.
