This project narrative is for the Cecil Willams Lot Line Adjustment located
at 766 Field Avenue N.E. , Renton, WA 98059. The Lot Line Adjustment
involves 4 existing parcels which include parcel number 1023059209,
which is a single family residence at 766 Field Avenue N.E., and parcel
numbers 1023059210, 1023059229 and 1023059126, which are all
currently vacant lots.
The purpose of this Lot Line Adjustment is to consolidate the 4 existing
lots into 3 lots. I currently own Parcel numbers 1023059209 and
1023059126 and would like to relinquish part of parcel number
1023059126 to the owners of parcel numbers 1023059210 and
1023059229.
There are no special site features and no code modification being
requested at this time.
