The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready to
approve and send the final version for recording. subject to the followmg:
Pursuant to the recently revised WAC 196-23-020; the expiration date now needs to be applied
manually. Any final document must co111m11 1!,e seal/stamp, handwritten license expiration date
by !he licensee[,} signa/ure and dme o(signurure of the licensee who prepared or directly
supervised the work. For the purpose o(t/1/1 .1,•11ion "document" is defined as plans,
.1pecifications, plats, surveys[,} as-bui/1 durnments prepared by the licensee[,} and reports.
Please submit two sets of an original signed mylar and a check for $15 .73 made out to CD&L to
me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall.
Please verify that the mylars have been s,gncd by all owners ofrecord and have been notarized
with an mk stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will
promptly record the lot line adjustment.
This decision to approve the proposed lot ltnc ad.1ustment ts subject to a fourteen (14) day appeal
period from the date ofthts letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be filed with
the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, April 20, 2007.
Appeals must be filed in writing together,, 1th the required $75.00 application fee with: Hearing
Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98055.
Appeals to the Examiner are governed by C,ty or Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-110.
Addtttonal information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the Renton City

Format and Legal Description Review
I have reviewed the above referenced lot line adjustment submittal and have the following
comments:
Comments for the Applicant:
Note the City of Renton land record number. LND-30-0323 on all sheets of the LLA document.
Tie to two of the City's Survey Control Network horizontal control monuments. This can be
done by reference showing two monuments in common with the survey, which does make such a
ties.
Pursuant to the recently revised WAC 196-23-020, the surveyor's expiration date now needs to be
applied manually. Any final document must contain the seal/stamp, handwritten license
