THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as February 20, 2024, is by and between
the City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Society of St. Vincent
de Paul Council of Seattle/King County (“Agency”), a Washington nonprofit corporation. The City
and the Agency are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the “Parties.”
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Agency under Agreement CAG-23-101, dated
March 7, 2023 to provide necessary services for the St. Anthony’s Conference Emergency
Assistance Program (referred to herein as the “Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation in 2024 in
order to serve additional Renton residents.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-23-101 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Performance Measures, in Exhibit A are amended to increase the scope
of work for 2024 only as described below (strikethrough as former, underline as new):

2. Compensation: Funding for 2024 is amended so the maximum amount of compensation
payable to Agency for 2024 services is increasedby $15,000,from $19,721to $34,721 for
2024.

3.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
