SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE: At the SW corner of Sunset Blvd and Anacortes Avenue NE, a wall was installed due to the change in elevation from back of the new sidewalk and the McDonald parking lot with a vertical drop off of 18" and 24 ". Because of the height difference it is in the best interest of the City and the adjacent property owner to instail a 35 LF of Steel Hand Rail. Standard Detail H024 and the attached drawing will be a part of this Change Order. Add the following New Bid Items to the Contract: Item Approx. Quantity I Description Unit Price Amount 53 1 1 ISteel Pipe Handrail for Sidewalk LS 1 $3,718.00 This item is to include any and all costs incurred for additional work approved No additional payment will be made for this work Dec I Working Days: 7 additional working days are granted for this work. All work, materials and measurement to be in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions for the type of construction involved.
