CONTRACTOR: Totem Electric of Tacoma, Inc.
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
At the SW corner of Sunset Blvd and Anacortes Avenue NE, a wall was installed
due to the change in elevation from back of the new sidewalk and the McDonald parking lot
with a vertical drop off of 18" and 24 ". Because of the height difference it is in the best
interest of the City and the adjacent property owner to instail a 35 LF of Steel Hand Rail.
Standard Detail H024 and the attached drawing will be a part of this Change Order.
