outdoor auto sales within the Sam's Club parking lot, located at 901 S Grady Way. The applicant
proposes to have about 100 new and used cars as well as a sales tent to house on-site phones. No
other utilities, incluidng electricity, will be needed. Rainier Auto Group will have 8-10 staff
members and a manager on-site during operation hours. Hours of operation will be 9/11 -9/14
from 8:30 a.m. -10:00 p.m. Tent installation and car placement will start on 9/10. The site will be
restored to its orevious condition bv 9/17.

This letter is to inform you that the appeal period has ended for the Administrative Temporary
Use Permit approval. No appeals were filed, therefore, this decision is final.
Please note and adhere to any conditions of approval outlined on the Administrative Temporary
Use Permt dated September 9, 2008. Permit number LUAOS-094 expired September 17, 2008,
LUA08-095 expires October 22, 2008 and LUA08-096 expires November 26, 2008. Be aware a
final inspection will be completed to verify that the site has been restored to its previous
condition.

Renton Fire & Emergency Services Comments:
1. A permit for the use of the tent structure will be required. One permit may cover all
three anticipated events, provided the same tent structure is used each time. An
inspection will also be required prior to occupancy for each event.
2. Fire apparatus access must be maintained at all times. The minimum width of the
access is 20 ft.

the Sam's Club of Renton to hold an onsite Automobile Sale on the property of Sam's
Club, located at 901 S Grady Way, Renton, Wa, 98057.

The event will take place on the North end of Grady Way's Sam's Club parking lot. See
Jot map for exact parking stalls to be used and tent location.
Hours of operation will be from 8:30 am to IO pm on event days mentioned above.
There will be no security after 10 pm.

in( uding expenses of defense, ag,iinst any claims for damage or injury to any person occmting as a result or the conduct of this sales event. In this
re,-ird, ADVERTISER represents that it carries general liability insurance with coverage limits of$50,000 per person and $1,000,000 aggregate for

• AC ENCY will not be held responsible for early or late mail due to the U.S. Postal Service or due to a Force Majeure.
• It i -. agreed that any dispute between the parties arising under this contract shall be resolved by arbitration as provided in Arkansas Code annotated
16-· l 08-20 l etseq with any such arbitration proceeding to occur in Bentonville, Arkansas.
• A(;ENCY shall not be held liable for any sales tax that may apply to the sale or promotion in the advertisers state, county or city. Furthermore,
AGENCY shall not be held liable for any use tax, miscellaneous ta, or other applicable taxes. It is agreed that the ADVERTISER is responsible for
any and all taxes that apply for their state.
• It is acknowledged by ADVERTISER that this agreement shall become effective only when approved by AGENCY at AGENCY'S office in
Bc,,tonvillc, Arkansas, and the final approval of SAM'S CLUB Store Manager and SAM'S CLUB Corporate Office. AGENCY is not responsible
for 'lEALER'S/ADVERTISER'S outside advertising expense, regardless of the da!e of cancellation.
• A<l · crtiser is solely reponsible for any and all other advertising related ex:pense(s) incurred prior to receiving all above stated approvals.
• All :nail will be sent via Standard Class U.S. Postage unless otheiwisc noted and charged for on this agreement. AGENCY will not be ht:ld responsible
for c·arly or late Standard Class mail deliveries or lost Standard Class mail. ADVERTISER will not be entitled to a refund, makc~up sale or discount
