estimated that repair and maintenance of the
boathouse will take approximately three weeks.
No job shack would be necessary and no off-site
improvements, excavation or fill are proposed. No
trees would be removed and no modifications are
requested. Because this is a repair and
maintenance project for an existing boathouse with
no proposed expansion, the proposal would not
obstruct views from surrounding properties. All
repair and maintenance activities associated with
this requested Certificate of Exemption would take
place within the construction window established by
the Washington State Department of Fish and
Wildlife, July 16 -December 31 ,2008.

This Statement of Work Number 3 (this "SOW") is entered into as of the SOW Effective Date and is governed by the terms
of the Master Services Agreement referenced above (the "MSA"). Terms used herein and not defined will have the meaning
set forth in the MSA. In the event of any conflict between this SOW and the terms of the MSA, the terms of the MSA will
govern.
I. Description of Services & Deliverables. Service Provider will provide the following Services and furnish the
following Deliverables: Design, drafting and obtaining the necessary permits for the boathouse roof & sidewall
repair/replacement. These may include: Department of Ecology, Substantial Developmen~ Shoreline Exemption,
SEPA, Building Permit, Anmy Corps of Engineers Permit and Department of Fish and Wildlife. Variance,
Co nditional Use or other special penmits may also be required.
2. Schedule for Performance. Service Provider will complete the Services and furnish the Deliverables by no later
than July 31, 2008 unless agreed in writing by Service Provider and Company.
3. Payment. Company will pay Service Provider 'S rates for all Services rendered under this SOW based upon actual
and reasonable time expended, which rates for specific individuals (or categories of individuals) are as follows:

8. Confidentiality. Service Provid er is bound by the terms and conditions expressed in that certain and separate Non-
Di sclo sure Agreement dated April 19 ,2006 (the "NDA"), by and between Vulcan In c. and Service Provider currently
in full force and effect, the term s of which are incorporated herein by reference . The NDA will appl y to all
information and materials received by Serv ice Prov ider pursuant to the Agreement. The existence and terms of thi s
SOW wi ll constitute confident ia l infonnati on under the NDA.

Proposed maintenance repair is to replace the existing boathouse
Sheet metal roof and siding with a combination of light
transmitting and siding materials. Full roof replacement to be
with clear polycarbonate Rooflite corrugated with 90% visible
light transmission. Top of boathouse sides to be of same 90%
light transmitting material for a vertical distance of 4' -2" from the
top , with the bottom side panels and end panels of PS 12
Corrugated Siding, 22-24GA.
