1. BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION OR PEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY OCCURS, A PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING MUST BE HELD WITH THE CITY OF RENTON PLAN REVIEWER.
2. ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE INI ACCORDANCE WITH THE 1996 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE AND MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION PREPARED BY WSDOT AND THE AMERICAN
