SCOPE OF WORK
Entrance Controls will provide and install the following:
3RD FLOOR COURT ROOM WAITING AREA READER ADD
1) Remove the reader and door hardware on 309A/B and put it on door 308 the court room lobby door.
2) Program and test.
3) No equipment other than cable and door contact needed. \
7TH FLOOR MAYORS OFFICE DOOR HARDWARE
1) Remove the maglock.
2) Install an electrified lever set to match the City of Renton’s standard.
3) Program the door to release for a lever set.
4) Splice the cable and rerun from the maglock to the hinge side of the door.
All work to be done during normal business hours.
