AB - 3523 Parks & Recreation Department submitted a fee
waiver request in the amount of $150 to waive the rental

Temporary Event Permit fee.

ITEM 6.E
AB - 3526 Public Works Airport recommended approval to
execute the Agreement and Consent to Leasehold Deed of
Trust documents between the city, RNT 750 LLC, and
Signature Bank, which provides protections for Signature
Bank in the case of default by leaseholder RNT 750 LLC
among other provisions.
