The purpose of this letter is to notify your organization that King County will assign the above -
referenced agreement and all of the County's rights, duties, and obligations set forth therein, to the
PSERN Operator, a governmental nonprofit created pursuant to chapter 39.34 RCW. This assignment
is permitted by Section 14.1 of the agreement and is effective as of December 22, 2023.
Notice for the County as listed in Section 19 of the agreement shall be replaced with the following:
