AMENDMENT TO IAC PROJECT AGREEMENT

Pursuant to a request from the City of Renton, the Project Agreement identified above is
amended as follows:
I The project period of Seitemher 27, 1993 to June 30, 1994 is extended to allow
the contracting party until Decemher 31, 1994 to complete the project.

In all other respects the Agreement, to which this is an amendment, and the plans and
specifications relevant thereto, shall remain in full force and effect. In witness whereof i
the parties hereto have executed this amendment.
