Dear Mr. Schrei:
The City of Renton has completed processing the above referenced Jot line adjustment
and has forwarded the final mylars to King County for recording.
Please note the recording of the lot line adjustment map alone does not transfer ownership
of property. If necessary, prepare and record a deed transferring ownership of the portion
ofland depicted in the lot line adjustment map. We recommend that the legal description
for this document be prepared by a surveyor. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure
this document is properly prepared and recorded with the County.

Dear Mr. Schrei,
The City has completed the review your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready to sign
and send the final version for recording. Please submit two sets of an original mylar and a check
for $15.73 made out to CD&L to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall.
Please verify that the mylars have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized
with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will
promptly record the lot line adjustment.
This decision to approve the proposed lot line adjustment is subject to a fourteen (14) day appeal
period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be filed with
the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, September 26, 2006.
Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required $75.00 application fee with: Hearing
Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98055.
Appeals to the Examiner are governed by City of Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-110.
Additional information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the Renton City
Clerk's Office, (425) 430-6510.

Request for Revisions
Dear Mr. Schrei:
The City of Renton has completed the initial review of your proposed lot line adjustment. The
following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal:
1. Note the City of Renton land use action number and land record number, LUA-06-052-LLA
and LND-30-0313, respectively, on the drawing in the spaces provided.
2. Directly tie the subject property to the City of Renton Survey Control Network.
3. Renton Control Mon No. 1852, as noted on the "SUBDIVISION" map on sheet 1 of 2, is
shown with an extra number ("18523").
4. The detail noted on Sheet 2 of 2, shows two dimensions (312.06' and 325.03') along the east
side of "PARCEL B", which are incorrect. Said dimensions are for the property north of
"PARCEL B".
5. If the "LEGAL DESCRIPTION" block is to refer to the two subject properties as "PARCEL
A" and "PARCEL B", then the adjusted properties should be named something else (Lot A,
Lot B, etc.) on the lot line adjustment drawing (Sheet2 of2).
6. As "PARCEL A" is soon to be part ofa plat, there is no address for said parcel. However, do
note the address for "PARCEL B" (already shown on Sheet 1 of2).
Once the above changes have been made, please submit two copies of the revised lot line
adjustment to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall. The revised plans will be routed for final
review and you will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the final mylars. If you have any
questions regarding your application or the changes requested above, please contact Andrea

Bob Mac Onie and I have reviewed the above referenced lot line adjustment submittal and have
the following comments:
Comments for the Applicant:

To Whom It May Concern:
The following is presented to address the City's submittal requirements for a project
narrative regarding the Highland Park Line Adjustment located at 13441 Vesta Ave NE
Renton, WA 98059.
The purpose of this lot line adjustment is to resolve a land ownership dispute between the
owners.
Parcel A is currently undeveloped; Parcel Bis developed with a single family residence.
There are no "special site features" such as wetlands, water bodies or steep slopes that
affect the site, and no proposed code modifications are being requested along with this lot
'.:i·~.: a~ju~trnc.nt.
The owners of Parcel A anticipate subdividing their property into 73 single family lots
following the approval of this lot line adjustment.
