Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting today. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed, please let me know if you feel anything is in error
or missing:
* Yong read the pre-con notes.
* Brad and Yong emphasized the construction hours and fire prevention during construction.
* Yong emphasized early communication with the franchise utilities.
* Discussed erosion control and additional requirement will be added for wet season.
* Clark emphasized tree protection during construction.
* Contractor will coordinate with Jonathan and Jeremy from City Water Utility for on-site PRV station installation.
* Jason will follow up with the sizing calculation of the domestic water meter and service line for the Hotel Building.
