Cities Partner to Launch Virtual Property Tracking Site
Citizens Urged to Log Valuables
WHAT: The cities of Auburn, Federal Way, Kent, Renton and Tukwila are launching TrackMole, a new
software program that helps police departments, businesses, organizations and individuals recover
lost or stolen property. By creating a free online account and registering the serial numbers,
individuals and businesses significantly increase the chance of recovering property if it is lost or
stolen. The program also helps police departments catch criminals and identify owners of property.
The program is free and available to all. Police chiefs of the partner cities and the CEO of
TrackMole will provide a free demonstration of the TrackMole software.
