City of Renton to host 50+ Senior Resource Expo
Over 40 vendors will explain available programs and services
Renton, WA – The City of Renton will host their first 50+ Senior Resource Expo for residents on
Saturday, October 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Renton Senior Activity Center.
More than 40 vendors will explain programs and services designed to help Renton seniors
improve their health and quality of life, and be more independent. There will also be
presentations on finance, transportation and housing.
A complimentary lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free transportation will be
provided by Hyde Shuttle (206-727-6262) for city residents.
The event is free and registration is not required. The 50+ Senior Resource Expo is sponsored
by the Mayor’s Senior Advisory Committee.
