SUBJECT:Addition of Castus Cloud Services to Renewal
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and approval is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-195 with Castus
Corporation. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 2370, in the amount of
$5,614.00, for the addition of Castus Cloud Services to our annual renewal. The annual
renewal term covered by this Invoice is 06/01/2023 – 06/01/2024.
Castus is a TV Playout Server and Video Streaming Server that handles the video
playback for Channel 21 and Streaming.rentonwa.gov for the City of Renton.

Ɣ Access to download .mp4 HD video files for free.
Ɣ Record Live Streams directly to the CASTUS Cloud.
Ɣ Upload and attach PDF documents to VOD videos.
Ɣ Support for Live and File Based captioning. *Does not include automated captioning
services.

TERMS-
Invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, the above services
will be temporarily suspended pending receipt of payment. This document along with your
payment confirmation constitute a record of your service agreement for CASTUS Cloud
Services Video On Demand & Live Streaming 4 Profile Adaptive Bit-Rate (ABR). The date of
renewal is indicated on your most recent invoice.
