Fina l ly, on the bottom of the HUD Environmental Guidance webpage for Alaska, Id aho, Oregon and Washington there is
a section titled "Suggested environmental formats", the first one called "exempt and Categorically Excluded, Not Subject
t o ... " w ill be useful in the review since most of th e activities for CFP and Operating Subsidy call within thes e categories.
