Let me know what you’d prefer (my recommendation is to submit now and make the update after review is complete as this will be quickest in the event there are other corrections necessary). For the covenant: The covenant is for inspection and maintenance of private storm facilities, and in the case of the project this would be the private storm line from lot 1 to tract D where it connects to the public system. (Note that a covenant will be needed for the on site BMP’s but this would be provided at the time of single family building permit application).
