We finally had a chance to meet this morning. After discussing the issues with the proposed house, our recommendation to you would be to shift the 3'ct car garage back 3 feet to accommodate the 5-foot overhang over this portion of the garage as well as add some additional modulation to the front fai;ade. This would allow the remaining overhang to extend no more than 2 feet into our front yard setback. Over the 2 car garage portion of the fa<;ade, we would recommend leaving the eave at 2 feet (which complies with our front yard setback requirements). In order to accomplish this, a modification to our residential design standards would need to be submitted. Please let me know if you have further questions.
