General Information
Jim Hibbard with ESI requested Terracon be on site for reinforcing steel and concrete observation of the following elements: curb and gutter, drive
entry approach slab and light pole bases. These elements are being constructed by ESI. The results of observation(s) for today were reported to Jim Hibbard with ESI.
The construction documents referenced for this inspection include the Structural and Civil drawings.

Terracon observed reinforcing steel detailed below for the following items (as applicable): Grade, Configuration, Size, Lap Length, Quantity,
Spacing, Tying, Clearances, Steel Condition and Embedded Items.
