REFER TO FINANCE COMMITTEE Police Jon Schuldt Michelle Canzano 6.g) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 3539 Public Works Utility Systems Division submits CAG-21-261, Lift Station and Force Main Rehab Phase 2 project, contractor Gary Harper Construction, Inc., and requests acceptance of the project and approval to release retainage in the amount of $21,546.55 after 60 days once all required releases from the State are obtained and all other liens are legally cleared.
