Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed, please let me know if you feel anything is in error or missing: * Yong read the pre-con notes. * Brad and Yong emphasized the construction hours and fire prevention during construction. * Yong emphasized early communication with the franchise utilities. * Discussed erosion control and additional requirement will be added for wet season. * Brad and Yong emphasized tree protection during construction. * Contractor will coordinate with Jonathan from City Water Utility for tie into the new water main installed per CIP project on NE 12th St. * For Electrical inspection request, please contact Keith Miner (425-430-7218 KMiner@Rentonwa.gov <mailto:KMiner@Rentonwa.gov> ) instead of Ryan Puddy. * Regarding the fire hydrants requirement during the townhome construction, the one 12’’ connection to Sunset Blvd shown on the approved civil plan may not be adequate to provide required fire flow requirement of 3,000 Gallon Per Minute (GPM), a temporary tie in to the existing AC water main on NE 12th St might be required, I will confirm within our group and get back you later.
