General Information
Jim Hibbard with ESI requested Terracon be on site for concrete observation and sampling of the following elements: Sidewalk. These elements
are being constructed by ESI. The results of observation(s) for today were reported to Jim Hibbard with ESI.
The construction documents referenced for this inspection include: Structural plans.
Reinforcing Steel
Concrete is not reinforced.
Pre-Pour Review
Formwork was reviewed and was observed to be in general accordance with project drawings identified above.
Concrete Placement
Terracon observed concrete placement as follows:

Tests Performed
The following tests were performed and were in accordance with project specifications: Slump, Air Content, Temperature.A total of four compressive strength specimens [1 Set] for lab curing were fabricated.

Concrete delayed until 10:00.
Compliance Statement
Based on our observations, cast-in-place concrete construction activities at the above-referenced locations appeared to be completed in general
accordance with the project plans and specifications.
