AMENDMENT NO. 7* TO AGREEMENT FOR CAG-11-094 FOR
ASSIST BASIC ANNUAL SERVICE
FOR PURPOSES OF TRACKING, THE CITY OF RENTON DESIGNATES ANNUAL RENEWALS AS AMENDMENTS. AS SUCH, THIS
AMENDMENT IS DESIGNATED AS NO. 7.
THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as April 3, 2024, is by and between the
City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Tyler Technologies, Inc.
Consultant”), a Delaware corporation . The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively
in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is
effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-11-094, dated
May 6, 2011, to provide necessary services for the Enterprise Licensing and Permitting software
a.k.a. “EnerGov”) , Amendment No 1 dated October 1 2012, Invoice 025-327270 dated 04/01/21
filed by City as Addendum/Amendment 2-21; Invoice 025-370649 dated 4/02/22 filed as
Addendum /Amendment No 3-22; Addendum 4-22 dated November 1, 2022; Invoice 025-
415406 dated 4/1/23 filed by the City as Addendum/Amendment No 5; Invoice 025-457239
dated 4/1/24 filed by the City as Addendum/Amendment No 6 (referred to herein as the
Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the scope of work, change the
time for performance, and change the compensation in order to implement and train staff on the
Decision Engine product.
NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed upon that CAG-11-094 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Scope of Work, is amended to add work to purchase Tyler’s Assist Basic
Annual Service as specified in Exhibit A-7, which is attached and incorporated herein.
2. Compensation: Compensation, is amended so that the maximum annual amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $40,000, including any applicable
state and local sales taxes, as specified in Exhibit A-7, which is attached and incorporated
herein.
3. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
