2. Zoning designation of the site and adjacent properties - R-8
3. Current use of the site and any existing improvements- SFR none
4. Special site features ( i.e., wetlands, water bodies, steep slopes) Landslide and sensitive slope
5. Statement addressing soil type and drainage conditions - See Geotech report * also does not
apply to this project as we are NOT disturbing the soil/land

The extent and type of any bulkheading, and the number and location of structures and/ or

against the house on the existing deck and also has no walls and a louvered roof.
