Dear Clark Close,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Atkinson Pergola to construct a new 264 square foot
pergola located on the existing rooftop deck located at 3401 Lake Washington Blvd N in Renton.Based
on the information provided and our understanding of the project and its APE we have no substantive
comments to offer at this time.However,please be aware that if the scope of the project or the
parameters for defining the APE change,we reserve the right to modify our current position.
