SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-191 with Zoho
Corporation. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 180432, in the amount of
$30,042.41 ($27,237.00 plus sales tax), for the annual renewal of the ManageEngine
ServiceDesk Plus platform. Annual renewal dates are 05/22/24 – 05/21/25.
This quote includes additional licensing for Communications and Facilities.
This platform is used by Executive Services and Public Works for internal service
requests and asset management.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
