SUBJECT:Purchase of IQGeo Software
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is an invoice packet with IQGeo America
Incorporated. This packet authorizes payment of Invoice # 16418, in the amount of
$35,066.11, for the purchase of IQGeo software.
This is a SaaS solution that will allow us to map and properly document our fiber lines
and connections throughout the city. This tool will be used by IT, Transportation/Signals
and potentially other divisions.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
