SUBJECT:Annual Software Maintenance Renewal of AV Capture All
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 5 to CAG-21-218 with AV
Capture All. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 2960, in the amount of
$8,918.10, for the annual maintenance renewal of AV Capture All software.
The Judicial branch uses this software to record the audio of both in-person and virtual
court hearings.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
