Justin,
Thanks for chatting with me. The applicant has requested 2 years for deferral permit which would be effective January 29 per the assignment of funds and expire January 29, 2026. Please
see attached assignment of funds (routed to Stacy T) and application for deferral permit DEF24002047 for Canopy PUD (reference Civil Construction Permit C21000838).
Per RMC 4-9-060 (C)(6) it does look like it’s an Administrator approval:
6. Expiration: Such security shall list the exact work that shall be performed by the applicant and shall specify that all of the deferred improvements shall be completed within the
time specified by the Administrator, and if no time is so specified, then not later than one year. For plats, if no time is established, then not later than one year after approval
of the final plat or one year after recording of the short subdivision. The security shall be held by the Finance Department. (Ord. 4521, 6-5-1995; Ord. 5450, 3-2-2009; Ord. 5868, 12-11-2017)
