SUBJECT:Software Maintenance Renewal for MS2 Traffic Data
Management System (TDMS)
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 8 to CAG-22-017 with Midwestern Software
Solutions (MS2). This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 14027M-22, in the
amount of $3,103.84 for the annual renewal software maintenance renewal of TDMS.
Renewal dates are 07/01/24 – 06/30/25.
The Public Works Transportation division uses this software to manage their Turn
Movement Count (TMC) data.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
