SUBJECT:Annual Software Maintenance Renewal of NeoGov
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 10 to CAG-09-152 with
Governmentjobs.com. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # INV-42407, in
the amount of $69,924.89, for the annual renewal of NeoGov software. Annual renewal
dates are 07/01/24 – 06/30/25.
The Human Resources and Risk Management department uses this software for
recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
