* Yong read the pre-con notes.
* Rob and Yong emphasized the construction hours and fire prevention during construction.
* Yong emphasized early communication with the franchise utilities.
* Discussed erosion control and additional requirement will be added for wet season.
* Yong emphasized tree protection during construction.
* Nick will send out the PDF version of revised plan and lighting plan.
* Nick will send out the revised landscaping plan for Alex to review.
* Yong will help coordinate with the EV charger application through City's Building Department.
