SUBJECT:Purchase of ShareGate License
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and approval is an invoice packet with ShareGate. This packet
authorizes payment of invoice # 770871522, in the amount of $9,349.14, for the
purchase of one ShareGate license. Licensing term is 12/6/23 – 12/6/25.
ShareGate is a tool to assist SharePoint to SharePoint, and File Share to SharePoint
content (lists, pages, files, etc.) migrations. We’re using it to migrate to the new
SharePoint Online and will use it over the next 2 years to help migrate documents and
files from file shares (Q drive, H drive) to SharePoint Online.
We are submitting this packet to the City Clerk’s office for assignment of a CAG number
for tracking purposes.
This will be entered under the vendor US Bank OneCard because this purchase is made
via credit card transaction.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
